Sharing my favorite Fall looks and purchases so far, how to transitions your favorite Summer pieces into your Fall wardrobe and a few good sale pieces you need in your closet!
Let’s be honest if I could pick a season nine out of ten times I would choose Summer. Hair gets lighter, skin gets darker, beach vacations, lake days. What’s not to love? However when it comes to seasonal fashion. Fall all day y’all! The colors, the layers and all the cute boots. This time of year no matter how much I’m enjoying fun in the sun I start craving pumpkin spice and sweaters. So here is a little Fall round up to get you in the spirit of the season.
First off we all have Summer pieces we love and of course not every style or color with transition into the next season but here is how I styled a Summer dress three ways. One for Summer and two Fall options. Dresses are so easy you can throw a sweater or cardigan over, add some boots and you are ready for the pumpkin patch.

If you are a Boho style loving girl like myself you have heard of Free People. You’ve probably also seen their price tag. I love their style not so much their price. However all three Free People items pictured above are all thrifted pieces. One of my favorite bloggers shared an online thrift store on Instagram. The blogger who recommended to check out the online thrift store is my go to girl. She never disappoints with items and places she shares. ThredUP is the largest online thrift store. This was my first and only order so far with ThredUP and I searched only for Free People items and they had pages on pages of items. If I can get those FP goodies for a deal I’m all about it. Here is what I paid for each item I purchased.
- FP strapless dress I paid $14.99 original price $71.00
- sweater in the second photo I paid $15.99 original price $71.00
- We the Free thermal sweater in the third photo I paid $15.99 original price $58.00
- Not pictured I also bought a heavy sweater for $32.99 original price was $128.00
With a 20% off discount code from my go to girl I spent $65.68 on not one but four FP pieces!! Check out ThredUP on Instagram. Also follow my favorite blogger for some great recommendations and discount codes Alexa Anglin. @alexa.anglin

Here are a few other items I’m loving from the Abercrombie sale!

I never thought I would be shopping at Abercrombie again but I always find something I love and they are always having awesome sales! Check it out!
Another one of my favorite places to shop is Altar’d State. They have all the Boho vibes you’re looking for and one of my favorite places to shop for Fall.

Shopping at chains is great but I’m a firm believer in supporting small business and to shop local as well. My next look is a skip- and a jump from my hometown locally owned boutique Rose and June. My girl Erica has incredible style and the cutest pieces for a good price. Check her out on Instagram shop_roseandjune !

To round up my Fall haul here are some other items I have found to stock my closet with this season.

That’s all for my favorite Fall looks and finds thus far. Enjoy your final days of Summer. I’ll be over here sweating it out in my sweater I’ve eagerly pulled out of the closet too soon. See ya soon Fall!
